Why We Hold It Every Term

Because ACE is individualised, every student's PACE progress looks a little different — and Parent-Teacher Conferencing is where that progress gets discussed directly, one family and one teacher at a time.

Teachers walk parents through where a student's PACEs currently stand, how their character formation is going alongside their academics, and what support might help at home.

Getting the Most from It

Parents are encouraged to come with questions about their child's recent PACEs and any concerns from home. Because our classes run three teachers to every 24 students, conferencing conversations tend to be specific rather than general — teachers know each student's PACE record well.

A Partnership, Not Just a Report

Conferencing works best as a two-way conversation. What a parent notices about a child's learning at home is often just as useful to a teacher as what a teacher notices about a child's PACE work at school.
